Once again we will be offering our expanded bib and shirt pickup that will be taking place at Marathon Sports, located at 134 Washington Street in Norwell!
Here are the expanded hours:
Saturday 3/12/22 10 AM - 6 PM
Sunday 3/13/22 11 AM – 6 PM
Monday 3/14/22 4 PM – 7 PM
Tuesday 3/15/22 4 PM – 7 PM
Wednesday 3/16/22 4 PM – 7 PM
Thursday 3/17/22 4 PM – 7 PM
It is highly recommended that you pick up your number and shirt (shirt for those registered by 2/12/22) to avoid the race morning crowds. If you cannot pick up early, number and shirt pickup will begin at 8 AM race day morning at the Venus II. You may pick up for a friend or family member, just be aware that we may ask for a birth date for confirmation.
We will also be selling the highly desirable Marshfield St. Patrick's Day 5K apparel at pickup and day of race! Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
With the overwhelming response to the race, parking in the area will be at a premium. Local residents are highly encouraged to walk or bike. Those that must drive, please consider carpooling to reduce the amount of vehicles entering the area. The Brant Rock esplanade will be closed to traffic from 8:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
We highly encourage the use of our shuttle buses from Governor Winslow Elementary School located at 60 Regis Road off of Route 139, two miles from the start line. Buses will also pick up at the Town Pier parking lot at 100 Central Street, approximately 1/2 Mile from start line. Shuttle buses will run continuously pre-race beginning at 8:00 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. and post-race from 11:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
Limited parking will also be available at the following locations:
Harbor Park Parking Lot (Town Pier Road – less than 1/2 Mile from race)
Town Pier Parking Lot (100 Central Street – 1/2 Mile from race)
Green Harbor Beach Lot (Beach Road - 1 mile from race)
Peter Igo Park (29 Marshall Avenue - less than 1/2 Mile from race )
Ocean Street seawall parking
(If available) Brant Rock Union Chapel Lot (327 Ocean Street)
Please refrain from parking on Plymouth Avenue, as the road is part of the race route. If you do decide to park on one of the local roads, please be respectful of our neighbors. Cooperation by all will make everyone’s arrival and departure much more manageable.
